Our business was originally founded by Tom Slayton and Tommy Wolf under the Land Management Company. In 1954 we became incorporated and became Agricultural Services Inc under the ownership of Tom Slayton and Rosco Chaffin. We have been providing irrigation services for three generations. Today our President is Karl Slayton, the son of founder, Tom Slayton. Keeping true to our family values and steadfastness in the agricultural community,
Karl’s son KJ has been an integral part of our service being our journeyman electrician and Secretary of the corporation.
During the 1970’s and 1980’s Agricultural Services Inc installed gravity irrigation systems in locations ranging from Smoot Wyoming, Victor Idaho, Driggs Idaho, May Idaho and Dillon, Montana. The largest gravity system was installed on the East Bench at Dillon Montana. Our company installed 45 miles of steel mainline and PVC pipe.
